A guarantee fee of 25 U.S. dollars per square meter will be applied to products imported from these countries as of March 26, according to a communique published by the country's Trade Ministry on Tuesday. The anti-dumping measures will be imposed on the import of "photovoltaic cells assembled in modules or arranged in (solar) panels" from these countries, it said.
